I've got a 12hp '59 Elto from my Father - He says it hasn't been running in 15 years - at least!<br /><br />Any suggestions on how I might start to get this classic up and running again? I haven't had any real outboard experience, and am not sure where to start.<br /><br />Thanks for any advise you can provide.
