1959 35HP Evenrude

I an new to this website so I appreciate your help. I do not know much about boat motors. I have a 1959 Evenrude and I have spark and I have compression. I have changed spark plugs added a new fuel tank and fuel line and it will not fire over. I would appreciate any input.<br />Thanks
