Hello,

This is partially an extension of my previous post,
http://forums.iboats.com/showthread.php?t=398534

But it is a new topic so I thought it reasonable to start a new thread. I have found some of the more common parts easily enough (impeller, coils) on the site here, but now I am having some trouble locating the rest of the parts I need.

The kinks I am still trying to work out with my motor are the following:
1) Lower unit leaks oil while running, not while standing (maybe water getting into lower unit?)
2) Motor stall's out at low RPM's (can't get low enough to shift between F/N/R). I am thinking this is because my fuel pump is built for a much larger motor.

So the parts I am looking for are:
1) All new o-rings for the lower unit. Is there a kit or something I could buy which would have everything I need?
2) The correct size fuel pump.
3) I am not sure exactly what this part is called. The gear at the very bottom of the drive shaft in the lower unit is missing a tooth. Is this something that I should replace?

Any information would be much appreciated. Thanks!

1. Available right here at iboats
2. No such thing as a too big fuel pump. At least not one that fits where it belongs.
3. Are you kidding? Absolutely!! It will destroy the other gears if allowed to run that way. And probably other stuff too. It is called a pinion gear.

I only saw a pinion gear for the 20+ hp Johnson motors here, which doesn't look like my damaged gear. Is there somewhere else I could find one?
