I have a 1959 Sea King 35 HP, that I am trying to sort the wiring out on. The previous owner rednecked all the wiring and now I can't figure out how it was originially. The only wiring coming to the engine was the positive cable to the starter. The magnetos/coils have three wires hooked up, one to the points, one to ground, and then the larger spark plug wire. However, the prior owner cut two wires off right at the grommets, on the plate below the magnetos/coils. One of these wires runs to the cut-out switch the other goes nowhere. Where is the other one suppose to run to, and where are they suppose to hook to the magnetos/coils? Also the harness plug has been cut, what other wires should there be going into the motor?

Thanks for any help?
