1960 10hp Evinrude Sport twin needle settings

Just cleaned the carb on my 1960 10hp evinrude
im wondering how many turns out the needles should be to start out before fine tuning.

1-1/2 turns on slow speed needle, 3/4 turn on high speed will get it going
