Welcome to i-boats. Search through this forum and most of your questions will be answered. The folks on here are the best.

Should be a cool little project for you. You do realize that a "free" boat is not free.

No need to cover the outside of the hull. Any cracks, holes, thin spots, etc. should be attacked from the inside with final fairing and such on the outside.

ROFL "free Boat" If your wife only knew she would have just let you spend the money up front lol. My $300 project boat is on hold till I get more cash I barely got started and already am broke. Any way have fun with the fix and welcome to iboats!

I know that, it cost almost $175 just get it home. I've already bought $125 worth of tools. Man this is great, just don't tell my wife.

I know that, it cost almost $175 just get it home. I've already bought $125 worth of tools. Man this is great, just don't tell my wife.
