I have a 1963 Evinrude 40 horse motor that I am trying to keep going. Right now my question is: There is fuel coming from a hole in the rear of the fuel pump every time I pump the primer bulb. It then leaks down into the motor. What is this hole for? Is this normal? The hole is about the size of a pencil lead and is directly in the center of the back of the fuel pump. Thanks
