Hey all i just recently took my motor outta winter storage changed the plugs and cleaned the plug harness spotless and when taking it out today i noticed at low rpm on warm up it misses and almost stalls catches up and then will continue like this untill it almost stalls once warm tho this issue dosnt persist i also noticed when it misses it misses hard and an abundance of fuel enters the water when checking the plugs after my run today the top plug was clean but the bottom one had a large bulidup of oil on and around the threads> is this an indication of a bad point or coil or could it be as simple as having the carb cleaned or re-tuned unlike my electric shift 40 hrs this is a manual shift and for some reasdon has 2 lean knobs one of which dosnt seem to do anything also if it may just need a carb kit put in it does anyone have a diagram of how to do this as im new to the whole world of boat engines..... Thank you
James ;)

One is the low speed and the other is the high speed. The low speed sets at 1 1/2 turns out and the high speed at 3/4. These are good starting points to set your carb. You'll probably be able to tweek each of them in 1/8 of a turn, once you get it started.
