1963 Sea King 12' boat information needed

I just acquired a 12 foot 1963 Sea King aluminum boat sold by Montgomery Ward. The information tag does not allow me to make out the maximum horsepower rating on the boat, and it does not show the maximum capacity as far as passengers and weight. If anyone could help me out I'd be appreciative!<br /><br />Thanks!

Most of those can take a 9.9 or 15 hp. Is it sound?

Measure the boats actual demensions,length,maximum beam transom width,deepest part,transom height,etc.<br /> Then go to the various new boat sites and compare the measurements.I've seen some rated at 7.5 and some rated at 35 hp.

i ALSO JUST AQUIRED A SEA KING 12 FT. i,M LOOKING TO REPLACE THE GRIP HANDLE ON THE FRONT .iT LOOKS LIKE A CAST ALUMINUM PIECE HALF OF IT IS CRACKED OFF.i TRIED FINDING A WEBSITE FOR THE MANUFACTURER, WITH NO SUCCESS.dOES ANYBODY HAVE THIS INFO? iS THERE ANYWHERE I COULD TAKE THIS PIECE AND GET A MATCH THAT CLOSE?
