Hi to anyone who reads this.

I have a 1964 90hp. Vin starts VMHL. My block has a bad cylinder. Pitting so bad it cant be cut. Does anyone know where I can get a sleeve for it or maybe a block if its reasonably priced? If I cant find a fix for this motor, I may consider selling the motor. Everything else on this motor seems to be in good condition and working. Would really appreciate any info I can get.

Thanks for your time.

Look in the "Top Secret File" at the top of the page, there is a list of salvage yards there, give some of them a call and see if they can help you out.

Seriously, you will not get the money that you put into the motor if you are planning on selling it. You'll get the most money for it parting it out now. Unless you really want to get it running. Then look at the salvage yard and ebay. Those motors were fine for 1964, but there are much better motors from the 80's and 90's in that HP range.
