1964 holiday project!!!! First time

Hi I was wondering if anyone had any tips on restoring my boat floor will be coming out in the next day or so haul looks good got the 130 hp to crank outdrive is bad and being replaced. I’m more looking for tips on prep before floor goes in. Thanks in advance! Will try and upload pics tomorrow! Paid 150 for her!
