1965/66 Chrysler 20 HP recoil parts/spring?

I was given a mint clean Chrysler 20HP circa 1966, (old West Bend style cover).
The recoil is missing it's return spring, the spool is there, but there's no spring, the rope and handle are there but no spring? It runs fine but the recoil must be hand wound each pull.

Any idea where to find parts for this?

Occasionally they come up at ebay auctions but they go for gold--way overpriced for a used part.

I'll give them a shot. I won't put much into this thing, it runs good but if parts are an issue, it's not going to be something to rely on.
