1965 Johnson electromatic question

I have spark on one plug and not the other what do I need to check? The engine is a 1965 johnson 40 hp 2 stroker. Im not very familier with boat motors but i work on cars all the time so i just need a little walk through.

that depends,does it have a auto style dist top mounted system?

Coils, points, wires. Switch coils around and see if spark follows the coil.
