Ayuh,... I'd rather poke out my own eyes with a burning stick, than Pay good money for That barge....
A Stringer drive, with an Outboard motor bolted to it,..?? Talk about a NightMare.......

they were cool boats, but the drive system is antiquated. that is atleast a $4,000 restore.

Yeah that's about the last engine/drive I'd want. Wouldn't even mess with it.
