1965 merc 35 hp wiring

i need to get a schematic of the wireing for a 1965 merc 35 hp for the soleinoid the to hook up the electric start if anybody could help it would be appricated . thanks!<br />even a complete pic of schematics would be helpful<br />thanks

woofie; yellow wire from cont. bx. thru mtr. connector to start sol. coil (hot) from sol . to grd..big black grd. wire to - . on starter,+ red lead from batt. thru conn. to sol.contact , from other side of sol.to + side of starter.

One other option:<br /><br />Go to MasterTech Marine's site (www.mastertechmarine.com). They have literature for this on one of the links. I got the diagram for my 1969 Merc 350.<br /><br />Good luck.
