Are the coils mounted properly - flush with the mounting bosses? Are the wires firmly "screwed in" to the coils? Plug boots properly installed on wire ends? If you replaced all components with new, there's not a lot else that can be wrong. Oh, and make sure you have the key on. It won't fire with the key in the "off" position.

The kill wires are two black wires connected to the points. One goes directly to the ignition switch "M" terminal. The other goes to the other "M" terminal, but jumps through the cut-out switch. Disconnect those wires and see what happens.

Really a dumb question but have you got the points wired to the right coils ? The only reason I ask is I've seen this done before with the new style coils which sometimes have longer primary leads on them. I wouldn't worry to much about the cut out switch as it only effects one cyl only. If in doubt just disconnect the two black wires from the small terminal on it and see what happens.

Double check your point gap - I've seen lack of spark with surprisingly little variation from the correct gap. You must also set the gap precisely at the peak of the cam lobe on the crank shaft.

If you replace the woodruff key, be sure to get an OEM part - do not use one from a hardware store. The key must fit precisely and only an OEM part will do that. BTW, unless the key is sheared and is allowing the flywheel to move out of place, I doubt the key is your problem.

Here's what the wiring should look like.
