So I need to either make or get a wiring harness that will work for a 14ft for this motor and need to know what is compatible from 66-96 if anything. I'm an electrician by trade and have nothing better to do right now and just want to start messing around with it while I have time. I can post a picture of it later on in the comments if needed

The wiring ' harness ' for Chryslers is pretty basic, there isn't any fancy connectors,
just a length of cable from the keyswitch in the remote to the terminal block on the side of the block,

I can't remember how many wires you need but if you count those terminals that should help,

You'll also need a separte 'harness' for the tilt and trim,
And switch.

Look at the diagrams at the link to see if they will help. I feel they will be the same as in a Clymer Force Chrysler Manual. Can you post a Pic of your Boat and motor as they are now. As mention it could be fairly simple. I have a 1968 35hp Chrysler on a 1970 14' Raycraft (if my Memory is cooperating) and it looks simple. There could be some views posted here under Wickware that might help. or I can post some that might help. I hope to get back on the water but have not since 2014.

Pretty much any older Chrysler hardware will work on your motor.
eBay or google "antique outboard" "outboard salvage" etc.
Remember anytime the dealer gets involved?? so does your savings acct. :)
