1967-1970 Chrysler LU compatibility?

Anyone know if a lower unit from a 1967 Chrysler 75hp model#: 75773 compatible with a 1970 Chrysler 85hp model#: 857ha?

Or if the part numbers are stamped anywhere on the actual LU's?

I am trying to find a parts manual I can buy that would probably tell me the answer, but have a feeling you guys might know while I continue my search.

My '67 75hp needs a new LU and there is a 1970 85hp Chrysler engine at the local boat junkyard. Visually it looks the same, but I know not to go on "visually". I have seen a couple '67 LUs on ebay, but if I can I would rather buy a LU locally because it feels a lot better handing cash over to an actual human than "paypal".

Yes it will fit. The 2 piece LU Chrysler use was on all 3-4 cyl. engine up to 1977. In 1978 (I think, maybe 1979) Chrysler developed the 1 piece LU unit and that one will not fit.
