Hello everyone. I just picked up a 68 14ft Falcon with a 35hp outboard. Overall in pretty good shape. The trailer is iffy. I have a brand new trailer for a 14 ft smokercraft that has not even been registered yet. I am hoping I can use it for the Falcon, however it is rated at 800 lbs GVWR. The trailer is about 200lbs. The Falcon is a closed bow, windshield, plywood deck. I have looked everywere for specs on the boat, but can not find a dry weight. Anyone know what that is?? I figure the motor at about 150. Thanks.

Re: 1968 14ft Starcraft Falcon weight

That is great. Thanks for such a quick reply. 390 + the motor. It will be tight, but I may be able to keep it under 600lbs and use the new trailer. I'll only be trailering 1 round trip a yr to a cottage, (leave in the water), so I can remove the battery and fuel tank, gear to cut the weight. Thanks.
