ok so we just took out motor out of winter storage, went though all the start up stuff, and put it on out boat. We hooked it up to the hose and suprizingly it started on the first crank and sounded like a beauty. i asked my dad if we could take her down to the river for a little test run. we went to the river, put the boat in the water and gave it a crank. it cranked but nothing happened. we cranked again and again for about 20 minutes with 5 min breaks between each crank. again nothing at all happened, no catch or any noise but the starter.... i took off the cowling and pumped the primer bulb and gave it more cranking and then noticed tons of fuel coming out the throat of the carbs. i didnt know what that was so i disregaurded it. i thought it was the plugs so i replaced them and the same result.... i have no idea what it could be and could use any advice availble...

thank you

Carb crude came loose when the new fuel wet it and has gotten in to the inlets a got them stuck. You will probably wind up cleaning the carbs.

well first you shouldnt have ne fuel dumping out of the throat of the carbs when your pumping the bubble. sounds like you got some buildup in the carb cause the floats to stick open and flood the engine
