1969 Chrysler 55 cylinder numbers...

Hi everyone,

Can seem to get my 1969 Chrysler 55 to fire. I want to confirm that I have the plug wires connected to the right cylinders. How do I identify which is which? I already have found out which coil is supposed to go to which cylinder but I dont know which cylinder is which. Is the top one #1? or is the bottom one #1?

Top cylinder is number 1

Great, thanks for the info.. This corresponds to the top coil being for #1 and the bottom for #2 then?
