1969 Evenrude Sportsman 155 key switch

Key switch seems to be shorting. everything will work nin off position, the must turn switch to run for lights , tilt ect to work. switch marked KF 81 local parts store cannot help. anyone got an idea?

you can still get that ignition switch at any Evinrude dealer
