1969 Evinrude 55HP- Can't get spark-

Can't get spark, and also, can't get it into neutral. Is there a neutral safety switch on this motor?

Just for a start your motor is always in forward,until running,when the electrical system finds neutral for you.<br />Spark problem is seperate.<br /><br />DHP
