Starts and idles great, boggs at high end. good compression in all 3 cylinders, spark in all 3. Put a rag over the top carburetor, starts choking out, normal. Rag over middle carb, nothing happens, and no gas in carb. Rag over the bottom carb, it speeds up the idle, and doesn't choke out. Any ideas why middle carb is "dead"?
