Well I tested both coils and they both tested 1ohm on the prim .0062 on the sec (top) and .9 ohm on the prim and .0061 on the sec (bottom) I also tested continuity of the wires they are also good, other than the fact they are very stiff and get hung up stoping it from reaching full throttle. I'll get some new silicone wires and put them on. So I have a feeling it's either the points or the condenser. But I will get new plugs and new condensers and hopefully be up and running soon.

I wonder what scale you are reading the secondarys on? A few thousand ohms (k-ohms) would be normal.

Make sure you purchase 7mm copper core wire. Do not use the automobile wires and please don't let the guy behind the counter tell you otherwise.
