So i hit a log at full throttle and now my boat will not go fast like its suppose to. Its running like its at half throttle but i got it a wot. Went through the motor and gearcase and no damage. Possible prop is just spun or what, and how would i be able to tell.

If your engine speeds up with no corresponding boat speed- its a spun prop.

If rpm dont increase then look at your engine again.
Compression test is most important

Maybe, compression test will tell you the score

Hope it was just a coincidence. If it did lose a cylinder due to over-revving, it probably is fatal. The vacuum cut-out switch might be the culprit, but that would be so extremely unusual that it's almost unheard of.
