1970 55hp model and serial number

Hi I am new here and need help figuring out what carb kit i need for a 1970 55hp
The tag on the motor under the carb says model 9951 and serial 2399
the guy at the part store told me this is not the right number for a 1970 so if any one knows what carb kit I need he said it could be 18-7033 or 18-7037 thanks cleaver

I pulled my carb and took it to NAPA. They got the kit. Might try it
