I have a 1970 evinrude 85hp that ran fine the other day and now it won't start. I'm looking for the 20amp fuse by the starter and can't seem to find it. This is my first boat so any help would be appreciated 
I tested the solenoid and I'm not getting power to either of the two wires while the key is turned, but I am getting power from the large wire at the top of the solenoid.
