1970 evinrude starting problem

this motor has to be choked every time i start it cold or hot,,i choke it crank it ,then unchoke it then it will start any thing i can do tad

tad,<br /><br />I think you are in need of some carburetor work. A complete rebuild and cleaning should fix the problem.
