I have a 1970 Johnson 25hp that the magneto is very sloppy. I read in the secret files that you can mark the aluminum mount in 4 places but I dont see that helping my sloppy magneto. Has anyone repaired a sloppy magneto without replacing the bronze ring and aluminum mount. Thanks for any suggestions.
