Can anybody help me? First, I need the general run down on how to get my motor running. It is getting power from the battery and will crank, however, it seems to be stuck in gear due to the prop spinning while the motor is cranking which won't allow it to start. Is my problem in the motor or is it in the control box? Second, on the hydro-electric control box, when I engage the lever that you pull up to start, the motor will not crank. I was under the impression that the lever engaged to start position would allow it to crank without the prop spinning( neutral ). What gives?
