Welcome aboard.

Can't really see the photo, but also don't know what you're really asking. Trailer boats in the 60s through 80s were a dime a dozen, so lots of manufacturers came and went. There were both Delta and Newport boats, but I don't know how long they were each in business.

Look HERE, Delta did have a Newport model.

What are you trying to figure out?

I would like to get that manual but mostly just wanted to know about my boat and what I’m missing

I would love to get it back to how it came
I don’t have the back seats and I don’t know what that thing is in the picture in front of the left rear seat

Not sure what that is either. Crumby image, and searching for photos online is gonna' be a pain with those words being so common. My guess is that's a shadow falling over the side rail (photo isn't exactly straight down).

Unless you find a restored or well kept boat (photos of), you won't have a good idea. Replacement seats are going to be relatively different, but you can find things that fit the design. Truly, the rigging - seats, windshields, helm, etc. - were typically not made by the boat manufacturer. Manuals don't really exist for boats, and the few that do aren't really that detailed (not like you'll find a parts list or anything).

Make it how you want it ... ;)
