1971 glastron ..anyone have any ideas???

hi guys,<br />im new here.. hello to everyone. i have a question about my 1971 aqua lift. it is a 17 footer that has a closed bow . i wanted to turn it into more of a fishing boat. is there anyway i can take the hatch cover off and put a fishing seat there. any ideas before i get started? thanks for help

please clarify you question. are you just wanting to mount a seat on the existing bow deck? or are you wanting to remove the complete enclosed bow deck?

i was hoping to remove the deck ..if possible.. i was justlooking for some bright ideas..

It can be done, but it is a lot of work.
