Motor started having problems in spring. Rplcd power pack and coils. Motor ran better. Hard starting was fixed when I rplcd the brushes in starter. Low speed needles rplcd due to excessive wear. Impeller rplcd and seems to be pumping good. Now I can start the motor when it is cold and it runs mediocre. Within 10 minutes of running the engine will kill. I can get the motor to start again if I manually work the throttle right at the carbs. It is very difficult to maintain any type of idle when this happens. If the timing and throttle are not lined up can it cause this? Could the power pack be causing something like this? Coils heating up generally take longer than 10 minutes I thought. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. I love tinkering but I am hitting the end of my existing knowledge.
