Hi Bob
The question is, Dose the motor start and run ok?
The fact that the reading is even is what is most important.

To alcan........Motor starts and runs , think it needs carb work.....seems to flood a little am willing to fix as long as compression is close to normal.

Hi Bob
Great, Clean up the carb, put a kit in it. They don't cost much. Then run some decarb through it.
