1972 Arrow Glass Skipper

In 1972 my grandfather bought an Arrow Glass Skipper. It has been used and garage kept until about 8 years ago. It's still been in the garage and we recently got it out and running but I cannot remember how to turn on the lights! Any help is appreciated. Pics are attached.
