1972 Cobia Holiday

I got a 72' Cobia Holiday 16' and its never had any paint on the hull but it has pitting on it. I was wondering if anyone knows how to get rid of the pitting? Do i fill them in with something or, because they are shallow, sand it down smooth? And if i paint it with a teflon paint, will that reduce the hydroscopic friction?

Do you have pitting or blistering.What size are the pits/blisters.The size of a nail point or the size of a dime????????

They vary within that range, except maybe the nail point(more like the head of a nail). The depth remains pretty consistent otherwise.
