1972 Johnson 35hp won't start

I am new to this boat and motor.I have tried 3 batteries and all I get is a click from the motor.It's an electric start and when the key is turned all I get is a click.All batteries are shown to be strong per my battery tester.I am getting juice to the solenoid per my 12v test light but I'm not sure how much.<br />Clicks in cars usually mean low charge but the batteries are good.<br />Successful answers will win a picture of the big fish I'm trying to catch.<br />P.S. Go to the Engine FAQs, Jim. Troubleshoot your starter circuit there.<br /><br />Let us know what you find, and good luck.
