1972 johnson 65hp hydro electric shift

I’m just going to be straight up and say it that I pulled the bottom end a little to hard and snapped the cable and I have no idea on where I can get a replacement. If any one can give me any tips or suggestions on where to look I will greatly appreciate it.

Yes I didn’t know that my engine was electric based I thought it had a shift shaft so I just yanked the bottom end out to change the impeller

Outboards are quite special.----Best to ask questions BEFORE using brute force.
