Basically getting it for free .Will be a top to bottom restore. It's an outboard not an I/O but I think I prefer that anyway .Big problems gonna be getting it out of the guys backyard .Trailers sunk down and two tires are flat .If all is successful then will haul to farm to work on it .Basically will only have the hill as everything above will be completely replaced .Plan on studying it out with 1x3 aluminum tube both walls and roof. At present plan on Resitexing the roof will source RV skin for outside with foam insulated topped with RV type paneling .Will try to reuse Windows and refurbish heater stovetop and replace head/shower .Cabinets etc I'll build myself (cabinet maker experienced) .Will get creative with storage as its not a big boat (25') .Will replace transom and stringers along with a complete rewire 12v and superpower 110v AS. Will be a cash cow but to me it's more the fun than anything else .I know there's been others on the forum who've done Yukons.
