What do you mean it cuts out. Does it quit running or does it miss firing and then quits.<br />Has it always done this or is this a new to you motor.<br />If you don't know much about the motors history I would do a compression ck and if both cylinders<br />are close on the compression I would rebuild and clean the carb and check the fuel pump.

It just shuts off at low speeds. No spit and sputter, just stops running.The motor is new to me.Runs great half throttle and fast speed.Turn down to slow and it stops.
