Ive had this motor for years and just noticed it. But the big question is where does it belong? YES.... It is functional. The electronic choke is also functional. My motor runs fine on muffs but like crap in the water. I figured this may have something to do with it, if me or one of the kids acidentaly moved it. So is in in? out? or middle?
