1973 3 cyl Mercury 650 (65 hp) tach question

I need help with a tachometer on my '73 650. I know it is supposed to plug into the remote control box, but beyond that I don't have a clue. I have this motor on my 1957 Duracraft Duraflite and the manual says 4800-5200 RPM is ideal, so I need a tach so I know if the prop is correct. Any help would be appreciated. A picture of the harness plug would be awesome. Thanks

Anyone ever seen a '57 Duracraft Duraflite runabout? This is the only one I have ever seen. Didn't like the paint, so I'm polishing it!
