1973 johnson 65hp tilt/trim motor

Hey guys, I am looking to replace my old tilt motor on my 1973 65hp johnson outboard. The electrical company said it would coast $350 to fix so I am hoping to just get a new one. Can anyone point me to a place where I can get one for a good price. The ones iv found on the big store sites are around $400-$500 and Id like to not have to pay that.
