1973 Ted Williams/sears 15hp fuel mix? and sparkplug

looking for the fuel mixture for this motor 1973 ted williams 15hp outboard
I'm thinking 32:1 mix but others have said 50:1

also looking for spark plug info it has champion j13y in it could that be right?
mo# 217-5876-0

serial# 3a 230665

Yes, it is 50:1, TCW-3, although I mix mine a bit richer, and yes, that is the correct spark plug.
