1974 85HP evinrude outboard starting problems

hello, I have an older evinrude outboard 85 HP It won't start the second you try to turn the key it pops the little fuse on the side up by the flywheel any help would be great.<br />Thanks<br /><br />RYan

Get a multi-meter and an engine manual and start troubleshooting sounds as if something went to ground if that fuse blows every time
