1974 90hp chrysler

hello to everone. my motor will run full throttle for about 100 yards then cuts out and i have to let it sit low idle. i changed the plugs. this is the first chrysler i have ever owned

i would start by cleaning the carbs, could be some muck and rubbish in there that finds it way into the main jet.

Pump the bulb when it starts to cut out. If it picks up...it may be your fuel pump. If not...make sure that your float is set correctly(and in good shape). Your carb may not be letting fuel in as fast as it's going out.

Tank vent?? Built in tank or portable?
Bugs can get in the line and cut off the air.
Change all the fuel lines.
Check for water in the gas.
Rebuild the fuel pump.J
