1974 Evinrude 25HP bogs down at full throttle

My 1974 Evinrude 25HP tiller bogs down at full throttle after approximately 30-45 seconds. If I let off the gas for a few seconds and hit the throttle again it does the same thing. It has a new head gasket, fuel pump, fuel lines, water pump and spark plugs. It starts on the first or second pull every time and idles/trolls flawlessly. I read that it may be a dirty and/or clogged high speed jet??? How do I remove that and clean it? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

#45 in the link below, it takes a special tool to remove it, I reground a screw driver to fit. You could remove the screw plug and gently try to clean it without removing it. Use a small piece of copper wire, about the size of a bread wrapper twist tie, might work.

Thanks for the response, Daviet. I'm not sure what you mean by "#45 in the link below"? Also, where is the high speed jet located? Could you also explain what I do with the copper wire exactly? I'm a novice when it comes to outboard mechanics. Thanks in advance!

I see. Thanks again, Daviet. So, I can just take out that drain screw in the bottom of the carb bowl, in front of the high speed jet, insert a small piece of copper wire directly into the high speed jet, hopefully clearing out any debris that's causing my problem?

Yes, if you are luckey. Work the wire in and out several times, pump the primer bulb as you do it to try and flush it out. If it helps a little you may have to buy the tool and do it properly, but try it and see how it works.
