1974 Johnson Runs Poor

I Have A 1974 Johnson 50 Horse That In The Water Runs Poor And Has No Power Or Boggs Down. I Have Dumped That Old Gas And Replacd With Fresh, Changed Spark Plugs And Checked Compression And Have 150 Psi In Both Cylinders. Looks To Have Newer Coils. What Else Could It Be. Thank

i agree ^^^^^ most of the time after the motor sits for a while the carbs need rebuild.. good luck
