1974 merc 65hp no fire

Greetings all! I have a 1974 merc 65hp 3 cyl model no 3815866. It is not getting power to the coil. I have no voltage coming out of the lower (green) terminal on the switch box. Does this mean I have a bad switch box? Engine spins over fine, but no spark from coil. Thanks for any input!

go to www.cdielectronics.com they have a full test proceedure on line.
they also have good replacement products that you can order from iboats...

make sure the coil has a good clean ground, then check to see if it is getting current, if it is not check where it comes out of the switch, if no current found there check if the switch is getting current if it is then its likely the switch if not check your fuse then battery connection?
